2.1 - A base location is only claimed if you have a sign or a base pasted down. (placing down a sign to claim a base spot without building there is failRP).
2.2(a) - When you are building, you place a “Building” sign outside.
2.2(b) - You cannot raid a base with a building sign.
2.2(c) - You cannot have raidables with a building sign (Printer, Bitcoin Miners, etc).
2.2(d) - Entering a base with a building sign is FailRP
2.2(e) - You cannot RP in a Building zone
2.3(a) - You are only allowed 4 keypad doors.
2.3(b) - Keypad doors can only have a maximum delay of 2 seconds.
2.4 - You are only allowed 1 defence door.
2.5 - Bases that impede a player's movement aren’t allowed (e.g forcing a player to crouch or jump (Exceptions for map doors/windows)).
2.6 - The keypad doesn't need to be visible, as long as the door stands out as a door.
2.7 - The base has to be raidable by anyone.
2.8 - One way shooting isn’t allowed.
2.9 - You can’t build in places someone else has claimed.
2.10 - You can warn someone to leave 3 times if they enter your building area, if they dont you can kill them.
2.11 - All signs must be visible before entering the base and they must have a minimum size of 50.
2.12 - The only valid KOS reasons are: “Raiding”, “Raiding tools out”, “Past/on line(s)”, “Inside”, “On-ramp”, “On windows'', “Shooting at base” and “Messing with keypad/doors”. (you can use more than one in a KOS sign).
2.13 - You have to be able to stand between each door at minimum.
2.14 - You can’t modify your base while it is being raided. (e.g. using toolgun or physgun).
2.15 - Maze, Black, White, Mirror and Invisible bases aren’t allowed.
2.16 - Bases underwater have to have the entrance above the water.
2.17 - Building in tunnels is fine as long as there is a 2 player wide gap between to allow access past.
2.18 - The person raiding you has to be able to see you fully when your shooting.
2.19 - Layer Bases are not Permitted.
2.20 - Bases Are to be made up of only 1 players props
2.22 - You cannot use props that make multiple doors that the raider has to go through.
2.23 - All Entrances and Exits must be Visible and Obvious
